A-hole Dog Kicker Falls In Lake

Guy tries to kick dog into lake. Guy falls into lake himself. Suddenly we believe in God again. (And God spelled backwards is D-O-G.) Why would this guy want to push a dog into a lake? Doesn't he know dogs hate towels?
You know who probably thought this was even funnier than dude's cackling friends? The fish.

I agree, sort of. I mean, it looked like was trying to get the dog in the water, but he wasn't trying to 'KICK' him in. Just a little shove.
I'm against animal abuse as much as the next guy, but this doesn't even come close. A light shove with the foot isn't abuse. :P
I agree with the two posts above me, this isn't kicking, it's tapping. If you want to consider this kicking, consider petting an animal with your foot as smothering, or stomping on it.
